All parts manufactured by the Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Co. are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 12 months. This warranty does not apply to abuse, improper installation, corrosion factors, which may affect the materials in certain regions. Blacksmith Motoring Parts and Accessories Co will not warranty broken accessories that were installed by customer with inadequate torque settings nor high performance racing application products nor products used for racing. Warranty applies only on parts and services supplied and installed by Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Co or it authorized dealer network.
A customer who is not qualified should hire a qualified mechanic to do the work. Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Co cannot be held liable for parts used in any manner other than originally intended. Vehicles used in competition or off road are not covered by, and are exempt from, any and all warranties. All other aftermarket non-Blacksmith Parts and Accessories products carry the warranty specified by it original manufacture.
All Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Co. products sold or manufactured have a one year warranty from date of purchase against all material or workmanship defects. Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Co assumes no responsibility for damages or injuries, which may result from the use or installation of its products, whether or not properly installed. Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Co shall have no obligation hereunder in the event the products have been modified by any other person or organization, or where the products become defective in whole or in part as a result of improper installation, improper maintenance, improper use, abnormal operation or any other misuse or mistreatment of the product. Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company shall not assume any responsibility for special, incidental or consequential damages or costs incurred due to failure of the product. We make no claims as to the fitness of any particular use of our products, as the end use is the responsibility of the customer. Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Co highly recommends test fitting all products prior to any modifications.
All warranty claims are made directly with the manufacturer as if the product was purchased directly from the manufacturer. No other responsibilities or warranties are expressed or implied. In the case that you might have a warranty issue, contact the manufacturer and they will issue an RMA number for return and exchange of your defective merchandise. If you need the manufacturer's phone number or have any problems with the manufacturer honoring the warranty, then you can contact a Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company representative for help with the matter.
Unauthorized customer warranties or warranty items that do not meet warranty criteria as stated by the manufacturer will be denied and returned if requested, at the customer's expense. Unclaimed denied warranty returns will be destroyed. Warranty returns that are mis-shipped, mis-packaged, or mis-delivered will not be 'tracked down' and are not the responsibility of Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company. Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company reserves the right to deny warranty service.

Even with our proven process chrome and/or the product being chromed is not always perfect. Small flaws and/or marks in the chrome do not constitute a flawed product. If, upon inspection you don't agree, or if the chrome is very obviously flawed then please give us a call. Our standard chrome warranty is for a period of 90 days from date of invoice, for workmanship or defects. Corrosion defects due to salt spray in beach or snow areas, corrosive chemicals, improper care or cleaning are NOT COVERED by warranty. Parts must be returned to Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company for inspection for determination of repair, replacement or credit. Misuse, improper installation, and/or modification of our product void all warranties. No replacement will be shipped prior to receipt of the return for inspection and determination of qualification of warranty. We will make every effort to ship replacement parts in a timely fashion, however, please be aware that delays may sometimes occur due to manufacturing schedules. Store Credits or replacement will be issued only for the value of the item and only if part was purchased directly from Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company and is a genuine Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Co manufactured product. No credit will be issued for labor or any other cost incurred beyond the original cost of the part. Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company is not responsible for failure of any product that results from normal wear and tear, misuse, modification or improper installation. Bluing/yellowing or discoloration of exhaust products is NOT COVERED for warranty. Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on the outside of the package. See RMA section of these policies for more information.
Performance Product Warranties and Returns
Performance parts are any product that increases the performance beyond the OEM specification for a motorcycle(i.e., internal engine parts,turbocharging, nitrous oxide, supercharging, etc.) No warranties on internal engine components, race engines, modified engine, short block, long block, heads or bolt-on force induction systems performance products for any reason. No returns, exchanges or refunds for any internal engine performance or external performance engine component products. No credit will be issued for labor or any other cost incurred in the installation of these products.
All items returned for warranty consideration are subject to inspection. Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company reserves the right to inspect all parts related to a warranty claim and to refuse any warranty claim upon inspection of said parts. No replacement products will be shipped prior to receipt and inspection of any product for warranty request.Any request for product return is at customer expense. All unclaimed product will be destroyed.
