                                                     Shipping Policy

• On all credit card purchases, the BILLING and SHIPPING addresses must be on file with the bank/credit card company. It is the customer's responsibility to call and add alternate shipping addresses with their credit card company. Blacksmith Parts and Accessories recommends this being done before placing the order if the customer has any doubt about this.
• Orders that do not fill this requirement will delay or will not ship.
• A request can be made via phone to change shipping method, but the change cannot be guaranteed. Any added shipping expenses will automatically be charged on the same card that was used for the order.
• To protection against fraud of the customer and Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company, all orders are shipped with signature required. Please make arrangements or be at ship-to address when packages are schedule to arrive. Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company will not cover a second shipping charge if customer missed the first attempts at receiving product. If customer refuses or does not pick up product all cancellation & return policies apply.
• If you need shipping to anywhere outside of the United States or Canada, special arrangements must be made with our shipping manager. We cannot guarantee shipment, and payment must be made by money order or Bank certified check no Credit card. NO PAYPAL ACCEPTED UNLESS YOU CONSENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITION DURING YOUR CHECK OUT.  International shipping is handled by a third party shipping company. The US flat rate shipping will be applied to the shipping cost, however due to special handling, weight, size, packaging, type of product, import country restrictions, export or import taxes additional shipping cost will be required. WE DO NOT CONTROL THIS ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE. THIS IS BILLED VIA THIRD PARTY SHIPPER. ANY TRACKING, INSURANCE, CUSTOM CLAIMS, INSURANCE CLAIMS ARE DIRECT TO THE THIRD PARTY SHIPPER ONLY.  WE ONLY SHIP TO THE VERIFIED ADDRESS OF YOUR CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. We suggest you ask for an estimate prior to placing your order, but realize this is just and estimate of the additional cost. The actual cost will be determined once the third party shipper has the product prepared for shipping. International orders additional product shipping cost that has not been paid within 30 days of shipping cost notification via email, webstore messaging or verbal communication to the customer will be cancelled AND STORAGE FEES WILL BE added to the order. FOR ALL NON PAID SHIPPING COST ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AFTER 30 DAYS THE ORDER WILL BE PLACED IN DEFAULT and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED ON THE ORDER. NO EXCEPTIONS! BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO FILE A CLAIM AGAINST US VIA CREDIT CARD YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, PAYPAL, APPLE PAY OR ANY OTHER MERCHANT SERVICE OR CREDIT PROVIDER.
• Delivery method applies to when a product is available for shipping. Due to some products being customized actual shipping may be delayed. This would include, but not limited to painting, drilling, or otherwise modified per your request.

Special shipping rates apply to all machined products, such as;Wheels, Complete front end conversions, Suspension, Triple Trees, Rear brake brackets, etc. Depending from where the product is shipped, the methods used are USPS or FedEx. During the checkout process there is an option to choose paid ground shipping FedEx 5-7 Business Days, 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air, and Next Day Air. Pricing is listed in parenthesis next to the shipping method. This price is based on the weight of the combined items in your shopping basket. Choosing "Next Day Air", "2nd Day Air", or "3 Day Select" for a shipping option, means that the order will be delivered in 1, 2, or 3 business days from the time it is shipped. Ship times vary from product to product. Each product detail page displays normal ship times.
International orders will be shipped USPS or FedEx on request.

Unless otherwise specified, we will ship Fed-Ex Ground.

We can ship UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air, and higher shipping rates will apply.  Next Day Air ‘Red Label’ requires a $15.00 service fee in addition to the actual shipping charge.

Shipping by any means other than those listed above will be granted only upon customer request, and will entail a service fee of $25.00 for delivery to the shipping agent.

We inspect all merchandise prior to shipment and all damage claims become the responsibility of the carrier.  The recipient must make claims for damage with the carrier, not with Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company.

When sending us your parts to be worked on, please include your return shipping address, daytime telephone number and an itemized list and description of parts (even if only one item), in case of damage caused during shipping.  Without an itemized list, we have no way of knowing if the shipment is complete, or if all the parts shipped have been retrieved from the package.

Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company will not be held responsible for parts lost in disposed packaging.  If there is a discrepancy between your packing list, and what was found in the box, you will be contacted as soon as possible.  Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company will not be held liable for incoming damage due to negligent packaging.


Some custom/specialty products have a core and/or core fee which must be supplied prior to the custom item being shipped to the customer. If the Core fee is paid in advance the via credit card, a credit will be applied to the customer credit card in the exact amount of the core fee within 7 days of receiving a functional core. All cores are inspected by Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company and any core not meeting our standards of function, cosmetic, etc will void the core fee being credited to the customer. The customer may request their denied core be return but customer is responsible for shipping charges. If the core fee is demanded in relationship to a C.O.D package, if that package is rejected customer is liable for our term under our rejected parcel outline under the Return Policy and product may be resold for core value with no store credit or return of payment to the customer. Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company is not liable for any return item without RMA that have a core fee attached to the C.O.D shipping so customer loss is the sole responsibility of the purchasing customer.This applies to all site order, phone orders or direct sales. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!!!


Return Policy

No returns will be accepted after 7 days of initial shipment arrival to the customer if the Blacksmith product is found defective or damaged. Any damages must be reported within 24hrs of the product being delivered from the time stamp generated by the shippers tracking number. Defective Blacksmith label product will be reviewed by a Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Technician to insure the failure falls under our warranty or the manufactures warranty. This does not cover defective products resulting from installation or customer improper handling.No returns will be accepted on "Special Order", "Made-to-Order" and/or “Custom Products” items. All chrome finished products and Shocks are special order and may not be returned for any reason. No returns will be accepted on products that have been used, installed, or altered from their original condition. Returned orders are subject to a restocking fee of 35%, based on manufacturer return policies.
 If a mistake was made in processing by the Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company we will correct the problem at no-charge to the customer. 

All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed in the event of a warranty claim. All returns must have its original packaging with freight prepaid and insured. All returns must be made within 7 days of "Return Authorization" date or the order will forfeit your right to a store credit or exchange which is at the sole discretion of our sales department. A copy of your receipt must accompany all returns.

     An order is considered shipped as soon as it is verified that the product is in stock and the order has been processed. It there is an indication in the product description that states a timeline for production of said product, this is an estimated time of delivery only. Blacksmith Parts and Accessories will update you of the status as your order is being processed. A shipped order is subject to all the return policies laid out below. There will be a charge of $35.00 to your account for any shipment that is refused, along with ordinary return policy and shipping costs, including original shipping cost incurred by Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

To return or exchange a part that is unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and is in original undamaged packaging, you must call our Customer Service Department at 888.740.2077 ext. 1 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 7 days of receiving the item to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All product returns will be assessed with an industry standard 35% restocking fee on the merchandise and a store credit will be issued in the remaining balance. Your return must be clearly marked with your RMA number to be accepted by Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company. Failure to notify us within 7 days will forfeit your right to a store credit or exchange which is at the sole discretion of our sales department. For faster service when obtaining an RMA number, please have the following information on hand when calling: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of problem. All products returned must be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

*Important Notes:
NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem. All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. If product is refused, customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from destination that Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company has incurred. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

SHIPPING DAMAGE RETURNS - If merchandise arrives damaged, save the merchandise AND the original packaging. Notify us within 24 hrs or immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS – Please send defective returns directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair under the manufacturer's warranty policies. Manufacturer restrictions do apply and any item that is missing the UPC can be replaced with the same item only. No exceptions.

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS – Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company may accept at our discretion non-defective returns for credit or exchange as long as it is within 7 days of the invoice date and an RMA number was obtained. For all NON- DEFECTIVE returns you have two options: 

1) You can get an exchange for full value of the item being returned less any shipping and handling fees.  All store exchanges will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.

2) If you would like a store credit there will be a 35% restocking fee and your store credit will be processed in 10 business days.  The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses on returned items.

All powder coated or specially plated products cannot be returned for a refund. Defective parts will be replaced. If a finish of an item is not suitable by industry standards, Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company may refinish to the best closest satisfactory match (item may be subject of an additional fee).

Special Order, Made to order, and/or Custom Items: All sales are considered FINAL, items are non returnable.
