We are encouraged to use and enjoy the this site, and by your use and purchase from the any Blacksmith Parts and Accessories online site you agree to these Terms & Conditions set forth below.

To further enjoy your motorcycle product or accessory please follow the guidelines below:

A) We recommend that you read the entire installation instruction sheet and watch the installation video (when available) prior to starting any installation.
B) We always recommend using a motorcycle jack/ motorcycle lift to stabilize the motorcycle.
C) Do not install any item until the motor is cold.
D) You are install product which may alter the original manufactures intent at your own risk. If you are not capable of installing this successfully then we highly suggest you take this item to a professional shop.

Always perform a safety check of your work before and after your first ride.

Ordering Policy

 

We will accept product orders by phone or in writing, via e-mail or fax.  We will not, however, be held responsible for mistakes done due to phone miscommunication. Please verify all information listed on invoice. Copy of an invoice can be sent to a customer by fax or email. When placing your order please provide the following information:  Year, Manufacturer, and  Model,  If an item you need can't be found on our website, please contact us directly, we may be able to make it. Motorcycle brand names are provided for reference only.  Products appearing on this website are not licensed or endorsed by listed motorcycle manufacturers.

Matching your color will be as best as we can. Unlike solvent-based wet paint, we cannot change the powder coating formulation in any way. It cannot be lightened, darkened or color changed by adding another powder.

A receipt of an electronic origin or other form of order confirmation after your purchase does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item or terminate the order completely.

All orders placed must be prepaid with an acceptable method of payment via Credit Card,Cashier Check or Money order. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. During the ordering process when you supply your email address it will be entered into a mailing list where you will receive notifications of monthly sales and specials. You may unsubscribe from this service at anytime. Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company will use email address only for internal use and will not distribute them any outside source.

Minimum Orders:

All orders under $30.00 (not including shipping), will incur a $6.00 handling fee.

 

Back-Order & Special Order Policy

 

In the event of an order for a product being process is on back-ordered, Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company will contact the customer via email or phone. All back-order will require customer approval to be processed. If the customer approves the back-order, Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company will process the order and make every effort to get the product to the customer in a timely fashion. Please note if product drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer a processing restocking fee of 35% will be charged to any cancelled order after it has been approved for back-order. If the product has already shipped it is subject to return policies. If a product is back ordered for an unknown time, the customer has the option to cancel the order. If the product does come into stock at a later time, a new order must be submitted by the customer.

Custom Products, Special order, limited edition products are non-refundable, as they are made to order via the customer's request. All chrome finishes, painted product and shocks are special/custom order product items.

Standard Prices

                                           Prices are subject to change without notice.

Dealer Pricing:

To receive a dealer net, your business ,must be associated with one of the following:  Motorcycle Dealer, Motorcycle Repair, Motorcycle Aftermarket Parts & Sales, or Motorcycle Manufacturer.  For us to provide a dealer pricing, we require you to submit to us a Dealer Application (available upon request). California businesses must complete, and sign, a California Resale Certificate (available upon request), or sales tax will be charged – no exceptions.  Your address of record with the California Board of Equalization must match your current business address.

 

Quantity Orders:

Quantity pricing is available.  A written purchase order and pre-payment must accompany quantity orders.  Expect a minimum of 6 weeks to prepare order for a shipment.  Quantity orders are non-refundable.

PRODUCT CHANGES
Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company reserves the right to discontinue any product(s) as considered necessary. We also retain the right to make changes in design, construction or specifications of the product(s) we manufacture at any time without incurring any obligation to incorporate such changes in product(s) previously sold.

Service:

Orders are generally filled within 1 week, depending on seasonal backlog or product being ordered. Custom and/or Special order parts and services will require a longer period for completion. The product description provide the estimated time for completion for the product from our production facility. Please note this is an estimated time frame and may change at any time. Chrome plating, copper, black nickel, custom powder coating, etc. may take 4 to 16 weeks. 

 

                                                           PayPal

We no longer accept PayPal as a form of payment on any Custom or Special order items. If PayPal is used on product purchases, machine services such as (Big bore kits,  heads service, etc.) the customer by definition of the purchase agrees to all terms and policies of Blacksmith Motoring company.  Please note by purchasing product via our online store of sales department via phone you are accepting our policies and timeline of delivery. By accepting our policies you waive your rights of Pay Pal intervention of your transaction. Your order is subjected to Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company rules, regulation and policies as defined on Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company sites and not that of PayPal regulation and policies..Any Charge-backs, Paypal holds on any purchased will incur a 10% handling fee add to the total invoice cost. You account will also be palced in our collection department and will incur a 15% collection fee added to the total amount placed in collections. Production of your product will cease until the matter is resolved and your estimated completion time will reset from the day the issue is resolved. If Charge-back is not resolved within 14 business days storage fees $50.00 per day will be applied to the account and the product will be sold for balance due within 30days.The customer is responsible for reading all product description and manufacturing timelines. We will not contact you wil real time updates. When the product is completed you will receive and updated status and tracking information. If you do not update your contact information in your web store account we can not supply you with your status. If the contact name on the account changes it is the customer responsibility to update this information. We will not give out order status to anyone not associated with the account.

Domestic Payment Terms

 

All orders are shipped prepaid by credit card, certified funds or PayPal. Special orders such as custom wheels, rotors, pulleys, custom paint, head packages, etc., must be prepaid at time of order not matter the estimated delivery time line By purchasing these items you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.Any Chargebacks, Paypal holds on any purchased will incur a 20% handling fee add to the total invoice cost. You account will also be placed in our collection department and will incur a 15% collection fee added to the total amount placed in collections. Production of your product will cease until the matter is resolved and your estimated completion time will reset from the day the issue is resolved.           Orders can be pre-paid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express money order, cashier’s check or a bank wire transfer. 

All non-prepaid orders are shipped C.O.D. to dealers.
C.O.D. orders to retail customers will be shipped C.O.D. Cash Only. 

We carry no open accounts. 

All orders pre-paid by business check will be held 15 business days for the check to clear.  There are no exceptions to these payment terms.

Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company sites currently accepts: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards. No PayPal transfers. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.

International Payment Terms

 

To protect Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company from fraud, all international orders, including applicable shipping charges, must be prepaid by credit card, wire transfer, international money orders or PayPal transfers.

Gift Cards, Coupons, Give away

 

Terms and conditions of use for Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company Gift cards, Coupons:

-All coupons are for online orders only.
-Only one coupon/Gift certificate per customer per order.
-Coupons/Gift Certificates can be used if order meets requirements for that Coupon/Gift Certificate
-All coupons are point of sale only, and cannot be added to an order later.
-Coupons/Gift Certificates are valid for a limited time. If expiration is not stated, coupon/gift certificate can expire at anytime.

Typographical Errors

 

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. If the customer has already received product, they must follow return policies. All product images and thumbnails are representations, and may not be the actual product. Some images are provided from the manufacturer, and may vary per application.

Cancellations/Returns

Orders that are cancelled before any product is shipped will be subject to a 10% processing fee.*

CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED THROUGH E-MAIL, FAX OR VOICE-MAIL MESSAGE. YOU MUST SPEAK DIRECTLY TO A SALES REPRESENTATIVE TO HAVE YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION CONFIRMED. All orders are considered final upon placement. Shipped orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Merely requesting a cancellation DOES NOT cancel an order unless confirmed by Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company. Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company reserves the right to take up to 72 hours to confirm a cancellation. Cancellations are not guaranteed by the Blacksmith Parts and accessories Company. Orders shipping the same day a cancellation is requested are considered shipped. All cancellations are subject to a 20% processing fee. Custom, Sales and/or specialty items are not returnable/refundable/or able to be cancelled under any circumstances. Cancellation requests on items that have shipped previous to the request are considered completed orders, and will be rejected. All shipping expenses are non-refundable.

Custom/Special orders


*On all Custom products, non-listed products and special order items there is an 100% non-refundable payment due in order to process your order. By purchasing these types of items you are authorizing the 100% payment to be process via your credit card and/or pay-pal to initialize the order and you (the purchaser) understand the estimated timeline for delivery listed in each product description, You (the purchaser) understand this is an estimated delivery timeline and may be longer or shorter depending on the seasonal manufacturing loads and agree to all our policies as outlined in this section. There will not be an issued refund even if the order is cancelled before the product is shipped. You will be notified prior to processing if your item is a special order or the word custom product will be listed on the web site description under the product. In some cases an notice will be  sent via email. .Any Chargebacks, Paypal holds on any purchased will incur a 20% handling fee add to the total invoice cost. Products

Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Company reserve the right to alter our product designs including, but not limited to, shape, fitment, finish or hardware without notice.

 

Disclaimer:

 

When a customer makes specifications for a custom product, he/she must provide information in a manner described on this website. Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Co guarantees only that the dimensions and fitment, as specified by the customer, shall be furnished. In many cases Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Co will ask the customer supply the original OEM part to insure fitment. In some cases the part may only be manufacture if the motorcycle is on hand.

  The customer is hereby further notified and warned that Blacksmith Parts and Accessories Co assumes no obligation to perform any type of metallurgical or laboratory testing of the materials on which the work is to be performed or has been performed upon, or services have been rendered for hidden or non-obvious conditions, cracks, tensile strength, elasticity or otherwise, all such testing and disclosures being the sole responsibility and obligation of the customer.

                                                         Absolutely No returns, credits or exchanges once items are installed.
